About Rockshor
Rockshor is a father and son led consultancy born from a simple question in a pub in Cheshire: “Why haven’t we taken over the world yet?”
Jack and Andy realised their skills perfectly complemented one another – Andy’s three decades of world-class software sales leadership and Jack’s track record in building and operationalising business development engines for enterprise BD teams.
Since then, Rockshor has grown into a lean but powerful partner for both early-stage software companies and enterprise giants. Our core focus: helping ambitious teams design, build, and execute repeatable go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth.
We’ve scaled sales functions from zero, unlocked new enterprise accounts, and today, we combine our consulting with in-house AI innovation to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

At Rockshor, we’re lucky enough to work on the coast of Cornwall. Instead of traffic and office blocks, we’ve got sea views, fishing boats, and the sound of gulls outside the window. It’s a far cry from the rush of the cities, and that’s something we really value.
You can start the morning with a swim, or a quiet coastal walk before sitting down to work. On a good day, we’ll finish up in time to catch the sunset over the water – sometimes with a surfboard, sometimes just a flask of tea. The air’s clean, the light’s soft, and there’s a calmness that helps you think clearly and get things done properly.
